1. Use of Kalee Services:

1.3 Acceptance of Terms: By accessing, browsing, and using the Kalee Platform, you indicate that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

1.4 Changes to Terms: These Terms of Service are subject to change by Kalee at any time. Updated Terms will be available on the Kalee Platform. Your continued use of the Kalee Platform constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.

2. Food Purchases:

2.1 Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for making their own judgment about the food they buy.

2.2 Food Quality: Kalee takes care to ensure the food is fresh and healthy. However, customers are advised to exercise their judgment before using it.

2.3 Vendor Complaints: Any issues with products must be addressed directly with the vendors. Kalee can assist customers in reaching out to vendors in case of complaints.

2.4 Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel orders until they are prepared. Once prepared, cancellation is not possible. If the order has been prepared or has arrived at the door, customers are responsible for the delivery charge.

3. Kalee Platform Use:

3.1 Personal Use: Kalee is available solely for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate agreement with Kalee.

3.2 Termination of Service: Kalee reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

3.3 Limitation of Liability: Kalee is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the products offered by vendors on the Kalee Platform.
